All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than product damage or fulfillment errors.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a free return pickup.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging (including box and invoice)
  • Properly packed to avoid damage during transit


Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
